Trying To Get Pregnant? – We Have The Answers!

Article by Terry C

Dear Friend, Are you frustrated… disappointed… or truth be told, even a bit angry that you’re not pregnant yet? Especially when it seems like getting pregnant is easy for everyone else but you? If yes, then I know exactly how you feel, because that’s just how it was for me. As you read further down this page, you will begin to understand how you can take control of your fertility by making simple changes to improve your odds of conceiving. You see, when I tried to get pregnant, I thought it would be a fairly easy process, but frankly, it didn’t go anything like I had planned. It was an emotional rollercoaster, but eventually it led me to discoveries that helped me conceive my two bundles of joy. After one year of marriage, my husband and I decided it was the right time to have a baby. As soon as we made the decision, we started planning ahead and envisioned our lives with a new baby in it. What an exciting time (you probably know what I mean). It was a big surprise when I got pregnant so fast, but the joy did not last long. I had a miscarriage just two weeks after the positive pregnancy test. I heard from friends and my doctor that this was quite common, but that didn’t make it hurt any less. Well, we pulled ourselves together and decided to try again. We tried month after month, but my previous luck seemed to have vanished. I was emotionally drained. My doctors didn’t have much advice to offer other than to keep trying. I’ll bet you’ve heard that before. I knew I couldn’t be the only one having trouble getting pregnant. Yet I was annoyed that there wasn’t a heck of a lot of information from my doctor on what I should do to better my chances. So what do you supppse I did? Being the research fanatic that I am, I spent the next several months looking for my own answers. I researched on the computer every day. I read books, articles, transcripts, research papers, published medical reports — you name it, I read it. I joined discussion groups and list serves on the Internet. Long story short, I spent every free minute I had reading everything written on the topic of getting pregnant. Eventually, I even arranged for two expensive consultations with top experts in the field of reproductive endocrinology (fertility doctors). There’s an absolute ton of information on this subject. So much that it took months to simply sort through and make sense of it all. To separate the facts from the myths–the new research from the old–the wives tales from the truths. But I was determined. There had to be things I could be doing to increase my odds of getting pregnant. And just as important, things thatI should not be doing. (Turned out I was making some big mistakes). I would try everything. If one thing wouldn’t work, maybe something else would. I knew if I didn’t do this, and I ended up unable to get pregnant, I would always wonder if there was something I could have done that would have made the difference in being able to have a child. You see, I wanted a baby more than anything in the world. I have wanted to be a mother for as long as I can remember. And I wasn’t going to give up on this dream without a fight. I also knew it would help me emotionally to feel like I was actually doing something. Taking control, so I wouldn’t feel so helpless. And yet, even though I dug up all these buried resources, I wasn’t sure the techniques would actually work. I’ll admit, I was a bit shocked at how successful I became. Within just two months of implementing some of the techniques I uncovered, I conceived and carried my first baby to term. She was a beautiful baby girl and well worth the wait. And when we decided to try and give her a brother or sister, I was more confident this time that using the methods I had uncovered would make it easier to conceive. And guess what… my amazing son was conceived after only one month of trying. If You Are Trying To Get Pregnant You Might Consider Reading How To Get Pregnant – Personal Path To Pregnancy
